Good afternoon, all!
Please see the attached Minutes from our 05/21/25 Meeting and our adopted Bylaws.
Follow-ups from the meeting:
After speaking with Fr. T.J., I did not request a budget at the last Vestry meeting. We will see what our costs look like as we go through the year, and we will come up with an itemized budget proposal.
Pride Band for fall event: the honorarium quoted to Wayne was $500. While not excessive to book live music, it is a considerable amount for our fledgling commission. We will discuss this at a future meeting.
I will be inviting the bishops and diocesan staffs of Northern Indiana and Indianapolis to our booths at Fort Wayne Pride and Whitley County Prism Fest.

Is anyone willing to be the 2025 Chair for Fort Wayne Pride? I will gladly give advice to anyone who wants to accept this role!
We need to schedule a meeting ASAP: I will post a poll to our page on the website soon. Please join us if you would like to help us plan for our booth, please bring any ideas you may have for merch or materials to pass out!
