Trinity's Music Program
Trinity Church seeks to engage her parishioners in beautiful music that rightly ascribes to the Lord the glory due his Name. Trinity's affiliation with the Royal School of Church Music helps to define and support its musical mission.
The motto of the RSCM is St. Paul's declaration: "I will sing with the Spirit and I will sing with the mind also."
The musical life of Trinity Parish includes congregational participation, choral ensembles for all ages, instrumental offerings, community-related events, And a lending library of Anglican recordings.
Adult Choir
The Adult Choir sings most Sundays and Holy Days. Warm up begins at 9:45 am each Sunday.
Rehearsals: Thursdays, 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (September-May)
Musical Arts for Youth @ Trinity
Since 2001, Trinity Episcopal Church and Wellspring Interfaith Social Services have made available musical experiences for children from diverse backgrounds.
In addition to children from the neighborhood and parish, this program has become increasingly popular among home schooled children. Thanks to a generous grant from The Charlie Tippmann Foundation, additional educational opportunities will be offered in the 2010-2011 school year.
